48-Hour / 2 Business Day Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms & Conditions
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
All driving lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice or 2 business days' notice, whichever requirement applies to the booking.
If a learner cancels, reschedules, or fails to attend a booked driving lesson without providing the required notice, the learner will be liable for the full cost of the lesson or hours booked.
Lessons Paid for Individually
Where a lesson is paid for individually, the full lesson fee will remain payable if the required notice is not provided.
Lessons Paid for as Part of a Package
Where lessons have been purchased as part of a package, any lesson or hours cancelled, rescheduled, or missed without the required notice will be deducted from the learner's package. The hours will be treated as used and will not be replaced or refunded.
Failure to Attend
If a learner fails to attend a booked lesson without providing the required notice, the full booked lesson or hours will be charged or deducted from their package.
Exceptions
Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the driving school in genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances. Evidence may be requested where appropriate.
By booking a driving lesson, the learner confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these cancellation and rescheduling terms.
